Data Deletion Instructions

If you would like to delete your account and personal data collected by TENSHINE, please send an email to info@tenshine.shop with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
Include:

1. Full name 2) Account email 3) Order number(s) (if any).
   After verifying your identity, we will delete your account profile, saved addresses and non-essential personal data within 30 days.
   Please note: we may retain certain order/invoice information for tax, accounting or anti-fraud compliance as required by law.
   If you signed in via Google or Facebook, you may also revoke access in your Google/Facebook account settings.

如需删除您在 TENSHINE 的账户与个人数据，请发送邮件至 info@tenshine.shop，邮件主题注明 “数据删除申请”。
请在邮件中提供：

在完成身份核验后，我们将在 30 天内删除您的账户资料、保存的地址等非必要个人数据。
注意：依据法律要求，我们可能需保留部分订单/发票信息用于税务、会计或反欺诈合规。
若您使用 Google 或 Facebook 登录，也可在其账户设置中撤销对本应用的授权。
