When manufacturing the product, we provide three types of plugs: "Type B", “Type E”and “Type I”. You can choose according to your type, or you can specify the plug type you need when placing your order. Our customer service will also confirm the plug type with you after you place your order

For example, if you're in the United States: once the ship departs, it typically takes 14-20 days to reach the West Coast (e.g., Los Angeles or Long Beach) and about 25-30 days to reach the East Coast (e.g., New York or Savannah). After that, we provide DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) door-to-door service
